we have supported and maintained their site, allowing a business user to access their document libraries, creating pages and enhancing it with web part scripting. It is a ticketing tool which is driven by work _ows, InfoPath and event receiver. Power user creates the request and assigns it to the developer. I worked on the request depending on the allocated SLAs. Dashboards and reporting module were created using JQX widget controls and Google APIs.
